Returns & Customer Care
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping costs €10.35 within the Netherlands and €20.00 within Europe.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Return shipping costs €10.35 within the Netherlands and €20.00 within Europe.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MAKING A RETURN?
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All protective plastic must remain intact, and the product must be returned in its box.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE SENT IN A RETURN?
If there are signs that the product has been used, we do not accept the return. Once we have received your return package, we will process your return within 30 days.
As soon as the return is approved and the refund has been issued, you will receive an email from us confirming that your return has been accepted. If the return is not accepted, we will send it back to you.
It is up to the customer to ensure that the item is fault-free, correct, and verified to undergo a return.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.
