Returns
How much does it cost to return my order?
The return costs €10,35 for Europe.
It is not permitted to return a product with you own shipping note as these packages tend to disappear.
Our warehouse is several thousand square meters large and there are more companies than AYAMAE that have their warehouses there.
An incorrect address can cause the package to end up in the wrong place and it is unfortunately impossible for the staff in our returns department to look for packages that have ended up in the wrong place.
