SHIPPING INFORMATION
AYAMAE offers both in-stock items and selected watches available for pre-order.
In-stock products are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email.
Please note: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping and delivery may therefore take slightly longer around weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination.
PRE-ORDERS
We deliberately work with limited editions and pre-orders to prevent overproduction and preserve the exclusivity of our watches.
Placing a pre-order means that you reserve your watch in advance before it becomes available for immediate shipment.
- Each pre-order product clearly states its expected shipping period.
- Production and delivery times may vary per model.
- Your watch is reserved for you, even if the model sells out before it arrives.
- We will keep you informed by email if there are important updates regarding the expected delivery.
SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDERS
Once your pre-order arrives at our warehouse, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
As soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace link by email.
The shipping period shown for a pre-order is an expected shipping period. Occasionally, production or transportation may take longer than expected. If there is an important change to the expected delivery of your order, we will keep you informed by email.
IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER ITEMS IN ONE ORDER
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items first. You do not have to wait until the pre-order item becomes available.
Your pre-order item will be shipped separately as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive a separate track & trace email when each shipment is dispatched.
