For deliveries to the Netherlands, we offer the following options:

PostNL: 1 - 2 business days - € 10,35, or FREE for orders over €100.

At AYAMAE, you always have 14 days to change your mind from the day your parcel was delivered to your local service point or to your home.

• The product must be unused and look the same as when you received it.
• All protective plastic must remain intact, and the product must be returned in the box.

If there are signs that the product has been used, we will not accept the return.

If the return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and no shipping costs will be charged. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is in perfect condition, properly packaged, and verified for return.

For parcels that are not collected from the pick-up point in time, AYAMAE reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of €10,35 to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Once we have received your return parcel, we will process your return within 30 days. During peak season, this may take longer.

Once the return has been approved and the refund has been completed, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been approved.
