Shipping Information
AYAMAE offers both in-stock items and pre-orders.This allows us to create exclusive watches in limited editions, without compromising on quality.
In-stock items
Products that are in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping. For smaller orders, shipping costs are €6.95.
Pre-orders
We deliberately work with limited editions and pre-orders to prevent overproduction and preserve the exclusivity of our watches. Placing a pre-order means you reserve your watch in advance.
- Each pre-order watch clearly states the expected shipping date.
- Production time may vary per model.
- Pre-orders ensure that you secure your watch, even when models sell out quickly.
Important: When you place a pre-order, we will personally keep you informed about the status of your order. You will receive updates by email as soon as there is news regarding delivery.
Shipping of pre-orders
Once your pre-order watch arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a track & trace code by email.

Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind, starting from the day your order is delivered to your home or collected from a service point.
You can register your return by following the instructions on our return page.
Return costs
- Netherlands: €10.35 (registered return shipping)
- European Union: €14
- Outside the European Union: €16
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The watch is unused and in exactly the same condition as when received
- All protective films are intact
The product is returned in its original packaging, including:
- The watch box
- Protective materials
- Any included pouch, booklet, or documentation
Products returned under conditions other than those stated above will not be accepted.
Inspection & refusal
If there are signs that the product has been worn, used, or does not meet the conditions above, AYAMAE reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Refused returns will be sent back to you
- Any shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are pristine, complete, and eligible for return.
Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected from a pickup point within the required timeframe, AYAMAE reserves the right to charge €15 in administrative fees to cover return shipping and handling costs.
Refunds
Once we have received your return package, it will be processed within 30 days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
After your return has been approved and the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made via the original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping costs.
